Refund Policy for Returned Items
- If there is ever and issue with a defect in quality or packaging, notify us, preferably by email or through our website and we will respond to your concern. Contact Us.
- Unopened case returns from our approved distributors are accepted in only rare circumstances because of potential food safety issues, but will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Upon sole discretion approval by managagment for any approved return, a 10% re-stocking fee will need to be paid for any approved unopened case returns. Please contact us for authorization prior to shipping any return.
- For health and safety reasons, since we are selling food items, we cannot accept returns by the bag, but if you have an issue, please do contact us. We want only happy customers.
- Shipping back to us is your responsibility and shipping will not be reimbursed.
- Include your original purchase documentation and send to our mailing address
- Include your full name and phone number for contact, plus your mailing address
